This single walled exhaust header is made from high quality 304 Stainless Steel and TIG welded together. The pipe is mandrel bent to Jadus specifications and includes a laser cut Stainless Steel mounting flange, plus a 38mm diameter split reducer to make it easier to mount a wider range of clamp-on style silencers. The entire assembly has been electropolished to achieve an even and high quality surface. This pipe replaces the stock double walled exhaust header and increases internal pipe diameter from 26mm to 31.4mm - improving power across the rpm range. A weight reduction of approx. 1.5kg will be had if the header is used with a suitable silencer.  Also, don't miss our 20 degree upswept extension for that up-swept pipe look!

Notes:  For the exhaust header and your chosen exhaust silencer to work in harmony with the engine and to achieve best performance, the carburetor must be re-jetted to suit.  Check the Jadus blog post for jetting suggestions.
