Next time you change the oil on your SR250, why not install one of these magnetic sump plugs for a little extra peace of mind.  Machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium, finished with a clear anodized coating, this plug is much sturdier than the original and is also less likely to round when using the correct sized wrench (19mm).
 
If your engine has at any stage worn some metal surfaces and created metal powder or filings, this plug will make sure they get held under the guaze mesh at the oil pick up and not get run through your oil pump and precious oil galleys in the engine.
 
A friendly reminder to all home mechanics; be kind to your machines, use the correctly sized tools and use a torque wrench when tightening up important threads like this one here.  This plug should be tightened to 32 Nm (3.2 m-kg, 23.1 ft-lb).
